Monkstown's Seapoint Restaurant property in Co Dublin has been put up for sale by private treaty with a guide price of €1,250,000 by Lisney estate agents.
The restaurant, which has been trading in a two-storey redeveloped and extended 2,893 sq ft coach house since 2008, also has a south-facing courtyard, reports the Irish Times.
It is currently being rented at €90,000 per annum with a lease that has more than 16 years left to run and will report a net initial yield of nearly 7 per cent at the current asking price.

Lisney says the property will attract interest from private investors looking to enter the hospitality industry which has been growing as a result of the improving economy.
