Nathan Outlaw And Clare Smyth Makes Top 10 'Most Influential UK Chefs' List

Private jet lifestyle magazine Elite Traveler has released its list of the 10 most influential chefs of the past and next decade from the UK, which saw Clare Smyth of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London and Nathan Outlaw of Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall included.

The list is compiled in collaboration with food critic Andy Hayler, nicknamed 'The Michelin Man' because he has reportedly eaten at every three Michelin star restaurant in the world reports, eatoutmagazine.co.uk.

Outlaw (who will feature in a interview in the next issue of Hospitality Ireland magazine), holder of two Michelin stars and who was interviewed for the December issue of Hospitality Ireland magazine, was joined by Simon Rogan of L’Enclume in Cumbria; Stephen Harris of The Sportsman in Kent; Ashley Palmer Watts of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London; and Brett Graham of The Ledbury in London as the most influential chefs of the past decade.

The most influential chefs of the next decade are Tom Kemble of Bonhams in London; Graeme Cheevers of Martin Wishart in Edinburgh; Mikael Jonsson of Hedone in London; Clare Smyth of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London; and Elizabeth Allen of Kaizen in London.
