Pre-Tax Profits Drop At Eddie Rocket's

New accounts for Eddie Rocket's (Ireland) Ltd have revealed that the restaurant chain's pre-tax profits declined 83% to €234,208 last year.

According to The Irish Independent, a €1.44 million exceptional cost concerning a provision for an intra-company loan contributed to the company's decline in pre-tax profits.

Employment Numbers And Staff Costs

Meanwhile, the number of people employed by the company rose from 274 to 328 last year, with staff costs including directors' pay totalling €7.6 million and the company paid a dividend of €107,175.
