Pre-Tax Profits Rise At Chef Martin Shanahan's Fishy Fishy Restaurant

New accounts filed by Kinsale Gourmet Store Ltd have revealed that pre-tax profits at chef Martin Shanahan's Fishy Fishy Restaurant in Kinsale increased to €429,279 last year from €211,228 in 2017.

Meanwhile, Kinsale Gourmet Store Ltd's accumulated profits rose from €€2.046 million to €2.418 million last year; the value of the company's fixed assets grew from €3.37 million to €3.55 million; and its cash pile increased from €421,074 to €471,928 at the end of December, 2018, as reported by The Irish Times.

Directors' Pay

Additionally, directors' pay declined from €221,836 to €142,035, which consisted of €119,453 in remuneration and €22,582 in pension payments.
