Profits Rise At Company That Runs Chapter One

Accumulated profits at the company that runs Michelin-starred restaurant Chapter One of Parnell Square in Dublin almost doubled to €490,571 last year.

The Irish Independent reports that new accounts filed with the Companies Office for Lindley Ltd reveal that the firm's accumulated profits rose 72% from €285,269 to €490,571 during the 12 months to the end of February 28, 2018.

Further Figures

Meanwhile, the company's cash pile increased from €387,353 to €570,842 while wage costs decreased from €1.093 million to €1.01 million and directors' remuneration rose from €241,098 to €295,370.
