Property On Dublin's Capel Street With Planning Permission For Restaurant Hits The Market

A property on Dublin's Capel Street that has planning permission for a restaurant has hit the market via DNG with a guide price of €950,000.

As reported by The Irish Independent, the currently vacant four storey over basement property, which is located on the eastern side of Capel Street between the Abbey Street junction and the Liffey, has planning permission for the conversion of its street level retail unit into a restaurant.

Apartments

The property also has planning permission for three overhead apartments and another to the rear of the building.

First Bid

DNG sales agent Vincent Mullen said that DNG has already received a bid of €880,000 for the property.
