Award-winning London-based Irish chef Robin Gill is teaming up with Luke Matthews of Dundrum's Airfield Estate for a series of collaborative dining events at the venue, the first of which will be a harvest dinner on Saturday September 23.
The harvest dinner will encompass a seven part tasting menu showcasing a selection of food stuffs sourced from the estate's farm and gardens, such as grains, roots, hedgerow and dairy, as well as an assortment of specially curated beverages from independent distillers, brewers and vineyards.
Commenting on the harvest dinner and the collaborations to come, Matthews stated: "The dining experiences Robin Gill and I plan to conjure will showcase the beauty and simplicity of sustainable produce, the importance of considering and questioning food provenance, and the truly delicious meals that seasonal foods and preserved goods can provide."

Tickets for the harvest dinner cost €85 per person and can be purchased via airfield.ie.
