The Royal Dublin Golf Club Seeking a Head Chef

The Royal Dublin Golf Club has announced that it is seeking a new Head Chef.

The Royal Dublin Golf Club was established in 1885, making it the second oldest golf club in Ireland. In 1889 the Club moved to its current home at the North Bull Island Nature Reserve. During the years 2000 - 2007 the golf links were restored to greatness and the clubhouse was modernised to complement the course. The result is a 7,269 yard par 72 golf links of outstanding quality. There are several dining options at the Club. The Moran Room is an informal dining area overlooking the 18th hole. It operates a daily snack service, with the menu ranging from coffees and scones to steaks and fish to satisfy larger appetites. There are also Dining and Committee Rooms adjoining one another off the Main Lobby, which are used for more formal dining occasions.
