Three Irish restaurant properties have hit the market.

As listed on Daft.ie, the Silver Fox, of Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford, is being sold via Keane Auctioneers with an AMV of €450,000.

A 45-seater restaurant with a takeaway on Main Street, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, is being sold via David O’Connor Auctioneering for €350,000.

A coffee shop at 65 Wafer Street, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, is being sold via Bojan for €36,000, including everything in the property, or €20,000 for the coffee shop alone.
