A planning application submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council has revealed that Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons is planning to develop a £900,000 drive-through venue at Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine.
According to The Belfast Telegraph, the planning application submitted by the SK Group is for two drive-through outlets in the retail park, with Tim Hortons occupying a 300 square metre site. The occupant of the second proposed outlet is yet to be confirmed.
Northern Irish Expansion
Tim Hortons launched its first Northern Irish branch on Fountain Street in Belfast in May and will open its second outlet in the city next month at Connswater Shopping Centre.
