UK healthy fast-food chain Leon has announced that it will be expanding into the Irish market following a franchise agreement with an Irish entrepreneur.
As reported by The Irish Independent, it is understood that Waterford accountant Stuart Fitzgerald signed off on the deal to bring Leon to Ireland in recent weeks.
Leon’s menu features an array of healthy fast-food options, including baked waffle frees and fish finger wraps, as well as a selection of dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes, and other low-calorie offerings.
