A new survey reveals that in an effort to dodge the bill, 80% of hotel guests have admitted to topping up opened mini-bar bottles with water. The poll, which was carried out by travel website lastminute.com also found that, on the whole, Dublin mini-bar prices are around average, with the exception of wine. Dublin mini-bar prices for wine (€30 on average) are second only to New York's, where a bottle of wine will set you back €31.
