Diageo Launches Rockshore Apple Cider

Diageo has launched a new cider called Rockshore Apple Cider, which is now available on draught and in bottles and cans at pubs, off-licences and supermarkets across Ireland.

"Delighted" To Introduce Rockshore Apple Cider To The Market

Joe.ie quotes Diageo's head of marketing for beer and cider, Stuart Kinch, as saying, "We are absolutely delighted to introduce Rockshore Apple Cider into the category. Since the launch of Rockshore lager 12 months ago, we have been overwhelmed by the response from both trade and consumers."

"A Crisp, Refreshing Taste"

Meanwhile, brewer Aisling Ryan commented, "Rockshore Apple Cider is made from the juice of freshly pressed apples. The apples are harvested, milled and pressed to extract the fresh apple juice which is then fermented within five days, producing a crisp, refreshing taste with a distinctive natural green apple character."
