Deliveroo's Losses Increased By A Third Year-On-Year Last Year

2019 accounts for Deliveroo have revealed that the food delivery firm's losses increased by a third year-on-year to £317.7 million last year.

As reported by The Irish Times, the accounts, which were filed to the UK's Companies House registry this week, also reveal that Deliveroo's revenues increased by 62% to £771.8 million last year.

Cash And Equivalents

Deliveroo said that it had £179.2 million in cash and equivalents at the end of last year.

Currently Profitable In 11 Of Its 12 Markets

Deliveroo also said that it turned profitable on an operating basis in the second and third quarters of 2020, and that it is currently profitable in 11 of its 12 markets. The company did not say which one of its 12 markets is not profitable.
