"Baggot Street is the perfect location to unveil our unique new vision as it was not only our very first store to open back in May 2012, but is an area that is a centre for food creativity and innovation in Dublin," Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Freshly Chopped, commented. "Our team has been busy working on a host of new concepts to bring this to life."
The company explained that at the Freshly Chopped Innovation Kitchen, customers can can opt to "grab and go" from a selection of pre-prepared wraps and salad bowls, based on the most popular combinations.
"Our motto at Freshly Chopped Innovation Kitchen is ‘speed without compromise’," Lee said. "Our team has been busy working on a host of new concepts to bring this to life."
Three "Simple Steps"
The new menu is structured into three "simple steps"
Lee explained, "Choose your salad bowl, add your tasty protein, choose your healthy dressing.
"All ingredients are pre-chopped in our chopping stations every morning, meaning you are in and out of the store in minimal time, while still having the range of choice and it being made freshly for you in front of your eyes."
Since opening its first outlet on Baggot Street in May 2012, Freshly Chopped has expanded to include over 50 outlets throughout Ireland and internationally.
Lee said, "The new-look Baggot outlet is a first of its kind for Freshly Chopped, but we may look to expand the concept to other locations around the country as we continue our expansion.”
