Aer Lingus Announces Plans For A Rebrand In 2019

Aer Lingus has announced plans for an extensive rebrand this year which will involve alterations to its shamrock logo, aircraft livery and uniforms.

According to The Irish Times, it is understood that the rebrand will cost Aer Lingus less than €2 million, with the repainting of the airline's aircraft being the most costly aspect of the project.

A "Modest" Investment

In a statement, the airline said, "The total investment in the brand refresh is modest when the return on that investment will be securing long-term, sustained employment at Aer Lingus into the future, as we realise our ambition to be the leading value carrier on the North Atlantic."
