British Airline Flybe Collapses

British airline Flybe has announced that it has ceased operations.

Flybe entered administration on March 5, 2020, with Alan Hudson, Joanne Robinson, Lucy Winterborne and Simon Edel of EY being appointed as joint administrators.

Consequently, all of Flybe's flights have been grounded and the airline has ceased trading with immediate effect.

Impact On Passengers

Flybe has advised customers not to travel to airports if they are due to fly with Flybe, unless they have arranged an alternative flight with another airline.

The airline also said that if passengers have a booking sold by another airline that includes travel on a Flybe flight, they should contact the relevant airline or travel agent to find out if there has been any impact on their travel plans.
