Emirates Reportedly Planning Operational Staff Job Cuts At Dublin Airport

According to aviation sources, Emirates is planning to let up to 60% of its operational staff at Dublin Airport go.

Consulting

As reported by The Irish Independent, sources have said that the Dubai-based airline is consulting with its workforce in Ireland about possible voluntary redundancies, but if the required number of job cuts is not achieved through voluntary redundancies, compulsory redundancies are likely.

Focus On Operational Staff

While Emirates has not yet finalised how many of its 31 Dublin-based staff will be let go, it is understood that the majority of cuts will be operational staff.
