Norwegian Flies 100,000 Passengers Between Shannon And The US

Norwegian Air has revealed that more than 100,000 passengers have flown with the airline to and from Shannon Airport since July 2017.

Norwegian commenced services from Shannon Airport in July 2017 with four weekly direct flights to New York Stewart International Airport and Providence International Airport. The airline now offers year-round flights from Shannon to the USA with up to nine weekly departures.

Delighted With The Success

Shannon Airport managing director Andrew Murphy commented, "We are delighted with the success of Norwegian’s services and for this we thank Norwegian for choosing Shannon and our loyal airport community for supporting the services."
