Ryanair Expects To Ground Majority Of Its Flights By March 24

Ryanair has announced that it is cutting its flight schedules by more than 80% between now and Tuesday March 24, at which point it expects to cancel even more flights.

Ryanair Airlines Group said that it anticipates that most if not all of its flights will be grounded from Tuesday March 24, with the exception of a very small number of services to maintain essential connectivity, mostly between Ireland and the UK.

Ryanair said that all affected customers will be notified by e-mail, and that details of the group's reduced schedule can be found on the "Travel Advisory" section of the Ryanair.com website, which will be updated regularly.
