Ryanair Opens New Base At Paris Beauvais Airport

Ryanair has opened its new base at Paris Beauvais Airport.

The airline now has two aircraft based at Paris Beauvais Airport and will operate 28 routes from the airport to over 10 countries across Europe.

"Delighted"

Ryanair CEO Eddie Wilson stated, "We are delighted to launch a new French base which represents a $200 million investment at Paris Beauvais Airport. This development will create over 2,300 direct and indirect jobs...This is an important development for Ryanair in France, as we continue to work closely with Paris Beauvais Airport. Beauvais delivers efficient operations and competitive airport charges, paving the way for traffic growth and new routes."

"An Historic Day"

Meanwhile, Paris Beauvais Airport's chairman of the supervisory board, François Rubichon, commented, "The launch of this Ryanair base is an historic day for Paris-Beauvais Airport and an achievement for all our teams."
