Ryanair has revealed its business class package - Ryanair Business Plus travel. The business seats will start from €69.99 and will offer a range of benefits.
There will be flexible tickets offering unlimited flight changes, including changing flights on the day of travel at no extra cost. There will be premium seating which will give passengers extra leg room and a speedy exit. The business seats will be located at the front, middle and back of aircrafts. Business passengers will also enjoy priority boarding and an increased luggage allowance of 20 kg.
Fast track security will also be available at selected airports including: Dublin, Brussels Charleroi, Barcelona, London Stansted and Milan Bergamo.
However, the business seats will not be bigger, recline or be separated from the remainder of the seats in the cabin. Name changes on tickets will also incur an additional charge.
Kenny Jacobs, Ryanair's marketing director said "Our commitment to the improvement of our customer experience under our 'Always Getting Better' programme continues." Ryanair has been operating a charm offensive this year, improving customer service for all customers, including increasing carry-on baggage allowance, allocated seating and revamping its website.
Ryanair is now turning its attention to increasing its share of the lucrative business travel market. It aims to do this by increasing the number of business routes, which it announced last week, and by offering the business travel package announced today. At present, around 25 per cent of Ryanair passengers are travelling on business.
