2020 Financial Data Released For Co. Kerry's Park Hotel Kenmare

Financial data for 2020 for the Park Hotel Kenmare in Co. Kerry has been released.

According to Rte.ie, new accounts for Beechside Ltd have revealed that the business experienced pre-tax losses of €379,358 in 2020, and that its revenues decreased by 59% to €2.02 million.

Additionally, shareholder funds amounted to €3.2 million at the end of December of 2020, cash funds rose to €2.13 million from €705,819, the number of people employed by the business decreased to 61 from 38, staff costs decreased to €1.07 million from €1.73 million, and the business availed of COVID-19 pandemic staff payment supports, with €277,900 of government grants being received, according to Rte.ie.

2019, 2021 And 2022

The above statistics followed a €348,687 pre-tax profit in 2019, according to the Rte.ie, which also reported that the business's majority owner, John Brennan, said that last year was the Park Hotel Kenmare's "most successful year ever", but that this year "won't be as good", and that "there is a softening in the market today on all fronts."
