Accumulated Profits Rise At Ballymaloe Country House Hotel Parent Company

New accounts for the company that operates Co. Cork's Ballymaloe Country House hotel, Yeats Room Ltd, have revealed that the firm's accumulated profits increased marginally to €2.25 million during the year that ended on October 31, 2018.

The number of people employed by Ballymaloe Country House increased to 52 from 51 during the period, while directors' pay decreased from €408,920 to €404,545.

Cookery School

The news follows May's news that accumulated profits at Ballymaloe Cookery School rose to €2.7 million during the year that ended on August 31, 2018.
