Adare Manor To Host Three Recruitment Days This Week

County Limerick's Adare Manor hotel and golf resort is planning to step up its staff recruitment programme this week in preparation for its re-opening in November in the wake of a multi-million euro refurbishment project.

The resort is set to host three separate recruitment days in the coming week to find individuals suited to roles in a number of different departments, including food and drink, housekeeping and front of house, reports The Irish Times.

A total of 350 staff will be employed at the hotel upon its re-opening, with chief executive Colm Hannon stating that new recruits will undergo training of between four and eight weeks, depending on their positions.

The venue's website is currently taking bookings from 23 November 23 and, according to Hannon, there are already 28 weddings confirmed for the revamped resort. Hannon went on to assert that Adare Manor is expecting to attract 60,000 visitors annually and that he's "very optimistic for next year."

There will be an in-depth behind the scenes feature on Adare Manor ahead of its October re-opening  in the August issue of Hospitality Ireland
