Arora Reportedly In Talks To Develop Dublin Airport Hotel

It is understood that the DAA has entered into exclusive talks with the UK's Arora Hotels about developing a 400-bedroom hotel at Dublin's Airport's Terminal 2.

Proceeding Uninlaterally

According to The Sunday Times, while a spokesperson for the DAA said the organisation could not currently comment on the situation because it is still in the tender process, sources have said that the DAA has been advised that it can proceed unilaterally with Arora following the dropping out of the only other party shortlisted for the proposed hotel's contract, Tifco.

Meanwhile, Arora, which also operates hotels at London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports, did not respond to The Sunday Times' request for comment.
