Best Western® Hotels & Resorts has announced it has acquired WorldHotels™, the portfolio of which is comprised of approximately 300 hotels and resorts situated around the world.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts president and CEO David Kong commented, "There is tremendous synergy between Best Western and WorldHotels.
