Bloom at Hayfield Manor – an escape in the midst of the hotel’s gardens – has been launched.

Retractable Walls And Ceiling

Situated in the courtyard, Bloom is made entirely of glass, with retractable walls and ceiling.

Menus

Bloom can be visited for a casual drink or a private function. The menu includes a selection of fruity botanical cocktails prepared by in-house mixologists, and coming soon are new menus designed by executive chef Mark Staples, showcasing local producers.

Statement By General Manager Of Hayfield Manor

Speaking about the launch, Evander Brennan, general manager of Hayfield Manor, said, “We have been planning this new concept for a long time now, and we are thrilled to launch this unique venue in the heart of our courtyard garden, especially coming into the summer months. We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy this exciting new experience.”

Opening Hours And Booking

Bloom at Hayfield Manor is now open, Thursday through Sunday, from 11am to 9pm. Dining is currently only available on a pre-booked basis, and reservations can be made by calling the Hayfield Manor dining team on 021 484 5900 or emailing [email protected].

Hayfield Manor Wins Gold Medal Award

The aforementioned follows news that the team at Hayfield Manor is celebrating recognition as ‘Ireland’s Best Guest Experience’, which was announced at the annual Gold Medal Awards.

Hayfield Family Collection

Hayfield Manor is operated under the banner of the Hayfield Family Collection, which includes the Great Southern Killarney and the Killarney Royal Hotel and has been delivering service in Cork since 1996.
