Clontarf Hotel on the Market for 950K

The Bram Stoker Hotel in Clontarf, Dublin 3 has been place on the market with a guide price of €950,000.

CBRE, which is handling the sale, describes the property on the Clontarf Road as "a unique hotel investment property". The hotel features 25 bedrooms with bar and restaurant facilities.

The Irish Independent reports that the hotel is currently let on a four year and nine month lease, which expires in February 2017.

Hotels in Dublin are hot property as the shortage of bedrooms pushes up rates. The majority of investors are seeking properties in the city centre area, however suburban hotels are also attracting interest.
