Co. Fermanagh's Glen Eden Hotel To Be Sold Via Auction

The Glen Eden Hotel of Belleek, Co. Fermanagh, will be sold via auction later this month.

Auction Date And Starting Price

According to The Business Post, the hotel will be auctioned online by the Northern Ireland Property Auction in partnership with Maison Real Estate on September 16, with a starting price of £525,000.

The two-storey property includes 35 en suite bedrooms, two bars, a restaurant, a function room, a car park, and ancillary and service staff accommodation.
