Davenport Hotel Operator Plans Office Block Construction

The O’Callaghan Collection has applied for planning permission to develop a new office building beside its Davenport Hotel on Dublin’s Merrion Square.

The Sunday Times reports that a planning application has been submitted to construct a five-storey office at the site of the Merrion building next to the Davenport hotel. The plans involve the demolition of the existing building to replace it with the proposed five-storey office block.
