Dublin's Isaacs Hostel Hits The Market For €9.5m

Dublin's 290-bed Isaacs Hostel has hit the market for €9.5 million through property agents JLL.

As reported by The Irish Times, the 53-dormitory hostel, situated close to Connolly Station and Busáras in Dublin 1, is being sold out of receivership having previously entered liquidation in 2012 and includes common rooms, a games room, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, bathrooms on every floor, luggage lockers and a sauna.

"A Rare Opportunity"

JLL is anticipating significant interest from international investors with JLL hotels agent Jack Fox asserting that the venue's sale "represents a rare opportunity for hostel investors and operators to acquire Dublin city’s third-largest hostel."
