Hotel Occupancy In Europe Decreased 57.8% Year-On-Year In October

According to hotel industry market data company STR, hotel occupancy in Europe decreased by 57.8% year-on-year to 32.3% in October.

Average Daily Rate And RevPAR

Meanwhile, the average daily rate (ADR) in the region decreased by 26.4% year-on-year to €84.91, and revenue per available room (RevPAR) decreased by 69% to €27.39.

Down From Levels Recorded For September

STR noted that each of the above performances metrics were down in Europe in October from the levels recorded for September.
