Hotel Occupancy In Europe Decreased 70.4% Year-On-Year In November

According to hotel industry market data company STR, hotel occupancy in Europe decreased by 70.4% year-on-year to 21.3% in November.

Average Daily Rate And RevPAR

Meanwhile, the average daily rate (ADR) in the region decreased by 32.3% year-on-year to €72.42, and revenue per available room (RevPAR) decreased by 81.2% to €14.42.

Down From Levels Recorded For October

STR noted that each of the above performances metrics were down in Europe in November from the levels recorded for October.

Ireland Occupancy

The above statistics follow news that hotel occupancy in Ireland decreased by 77.4% year-on-year to 16.2% in November.
