Ireland’s First Travelodge PLUS Hotel Opens In Dublin

Enda O’Meara, Tifco Hotel Group CEO, and Steve Bennett, Travelodge UK’s chief property and development officer, have officially opened Ireland’s first Travelodge PLUS hotel.

Details

Owned and operated by Tifco under a franchise agreement with Travelodge UK, the hotel is located on the corner of Moss and Townsend Streets, in Dublin 2, and includes 393 bedrooms, a restaurant, a bar and a terrace.

O’Meara said, “Tifco is delighted to introduce a new hotel brand to Ireland, with the launch of the Travelodge PLUS Dublin City Centre – now the largest budget hotel in the country. A hotel with style and comfort, its prime location will make it particularly attractive to local corporates and Convention Centre Dublin delegates, theatre- and concert-goers, with all venues conveniently located on the hotel’s doorstep.”
