New Dublin 17 Hotel Development To Start In Coming Weeks

Construction work on a new four-star, 327-bedroom hotel in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, is expected to begin within the next few weeks.

The Seraphine Group's 10-storey hotel, located adjacent to Dublin Airport, will include extensive conference and banquet facilities, reports dublinpeople.com.

"This is an exciting project, bringing an International hotel brand to Dublin Airport and creating close to 100 jobs once open," said Geoff Kinsella, Development Director at Seraphine Group, who added that, "A four star Holiday Inn hotel will bring a new generation of design and comfort in hotel accommodations and sits really well within our existing portfolio of hotels already operational."

It's reported that the Seraphine Group bought the site with full planning permission in place for the development.
