Permission Sought To Transform Former Bray Head Hotel Into Apartments

British property investment company IDV Developments has applied for permission to transform the former Bray Head hotel into a residential development featuring 46 apartments.

According to The Sunday Times, the plans include a new six-storey block alongside the current building and the company also wants to reconfigure part of the current building’s ground floor to allow for the opening of a restaurant and café.

Previous Refurbishments

IDV originally moved into the Irish market in 2013 and has previously refurbished the Boyne Tower in Drogheda and an office building on Dublin’s Merrion Square.
