Britain's Raag Hotels is investing approximately €18 million in the development of a new property in Dublin that the company says will create between 30 and 35 jobs.
Planning Permission Secured
As reported by The Irish Times, Raag Hotels has confirmed that it has secured planning permission to develop a new 95-bedroom hotel on Dublin's St. Augustine Street.
Previous Investment In Dublin
The €18 million investment in the planned St. Augustine Street hotel follows a €26 million investment by Raag Hotels in a hotel on the capital's Parnell Street, which is currently scheduled to open in April of 2021.
Point A Brand
The St. Augustine Street venue and the Parnell Street venue will both be operated under Raag's Point A budget brand.
