The hotel division of commercial real estate services firm CBRE is seeking offers in the region of €18 million, or £16 million, for the Radisson Blu Hotel Belfast and the adjoining Lighthouse office building.
Management Agreement
As reported by The Irish Times, the hotel, which includes 120 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms as well as The Gasworks restaurant and bar, is operated by the Radisson Blu brand under a 20-year management agreement that has been in place with SAS/Rezidor Hotels since September of 2004.
The operator has an option to extend the agreement for an additional five years.
