Landmark Co. Kildare Pub Goes On The Market

The Johnstown Inn, located just outside Naas in County Kildare, has been put on the market on the instructions of the Sheridan Family, who have successfully traded from the premises since 1989 and are now retiring from the licensed trade.

The property, which is located in Johnstown village, is currently configured to provide restaurant and bar facilities, and has additional function rooms at ground and first floor level, all of which are serviced by a fully-fitted kitchen. Potential buyers are also free to redevelop the existing infrastructure, with existing redevelopment planning permission having been granted by Kildare County Council.

O’Neill & Co. director Darac O'Neill commented: "This is a rare opportunity for a restaurateur or hotelier to invest in a successful business in Kildare."
