The Camden Deluxe Hotel and Entertainment Complex, a popular late night venue located on Lower Camden Street in Dublin, has been placed on the market with a guide price in excess of €8m.

The Camden de Luxe is located within one of the city’s big entertainment areas around Camden Street, known as the 'Camden Quarter', which is renowned for night time and weekend entertainment with a mix of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels.

The Camden de Luxe complex extends to over 3,900 sq m, comprising a bar, snooker hall, nightclub together with 35 guest bedrooms.

The property currently includes Planet Murphy's bar and snooker hall at ground floor level, with the Palace Nightclub located at first floor level. This area of the property, formerly the Palace Theatre, retains many of its original features including ornate ceiling plasterwork.

The property, which featured in the award-winning film The Commitments, also provides alternative use/redevelopment potential subject to the necessary planning permissions.
