According to the its listing on bdmproperty.ie, the property has planning permission to create a new licensed premises, and is a five-storey over basement building that extends to approximately 633 square metres, or 6,818 square feet, and has dual frontage on both Dame Street and Dame Lane.
The property's listing on bdmproperty.ie also states that the granted planning permission allows for a ground floor, first floor and basement level licensed premises that is approximately 338 square metres, or 3,642 square feet, and offers in excess of €2.8 million are being sought for the purchase of the property.
