The Brewery Bar and a new restaurant in Donnybrook – both of which are in Dublin – are being sold.

As listed on Daft.ie, the Brewery Bar, of 5-9 Newport Street, Dublin 8, is being sold via BidX1 for €380,000.

According to its listing on Daft.ie, the property consists of a single-storey derelict building, with its site area extending to approximately 0.0038 hectares, or 0.0096 acres, comes with planning permission for a 17-bedroom hotel, and is in vacant possession.

The property’s listing on Daft.ie states that it is arranged over a ground floor only, to provide a derelict building, with approximately 26.8 meters of frontage.

Donnybrook Restaurant Property
