Canteen In Limerick Reducing Opening Hours

Canteen in Limerick is reducing its opening hours, to find a better work-life balance.

Details

Canteen will now close on Sunday and Monday.

Canteen noted that this break will give owner and chef Paul Williams and his team time to take a breath, figure out staffing, and hopefully make the cafe a better overall experience, with a happier and well-rested team.

Statement By Owner And Chef

Williams announced on social media, ‘We have been struggling to get staff in all areas for the last few months with most current staff working more days than they would like. I have been picking up the extra days/hours; working six and seven days. We all would like a better work-life balance. We are going to close Sundays and Mondays for October and November.’
