Conrad's The Coburg Restaurant Awarded Two AA Rosettes

The Coburg restaurant, located in the five-star Conrad Dublin hotel, has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes after being open for less than a year.

After the hotel underwent a €13 million refurbishment which lasted ten months, The Coburg opened in April 2016 as a brasserie-style restaurant where it serves breakfast; brunch; early pre-theatre; and late supper until 11pm each day.

Two AA Rosette's signifies "excellent restaurants that aim for and achieve higher standards and better consistency. A greater precision is apparent in the cooking, and there will be obvious attention to the selection of quality ingredients."

As reported by fft.ie, General manager, Martin Mangan, said: "What an amazing start to 2017 for Conrad Dublin and our dedicated team. 2016 saw the completion of our vision and we are thrilled to receive this coveted award from the AA, only months after completing our renovation programme. The Coburg opened in April 2016, so we are especially delighted to receive 2 AA Rosettes."

Commenting on the award, the AA stated: "Strong physicals aside, it is the proactive and hospitable aptitude demonstrated by so many of the team that really impresses, nothing is too much trouble when it comes to guest care, all of this underpinned by sound professional service procedures. This was very much in evidence in the food and beverage areas."
