The husband and wife team behind the popular Forest Avenue restaurant in Dublin are launching a new restaurant in the capital later this month.
The new sister project to Forest Avenue by John and Sandy Wyer is called Forest & Marcy and is billed as 'a small neighbourhood wine room & kitchen'.
Chef Ciaran Sweeney, who has worked with Kevin Thornton, and with Mickarl Viljanen at The Greenhouse, will be leading the kitchen at Forest & Marcy, offering food that is "modern, seasonal, using the best ingredients we can find, with a focus on flavour".
