Freshii To Open Six New Irish Outlets By End Of Year

In the wake of the opening of its second M1 outlet at Applegreen’s Motorway Services on the M1 southbound at Lusk this week, Freshii founder and CEO Matthew Corrin has announced that the healthy fast food chain will be opening a further six restaurants in Ireland by Christmas.

The new outlets will be located at Dame Street, The Point Village, Sandyford, Smithfield, and two other yet to be disclosed sites, and will generate 60 full- and part-time jobs between them.

Commenting on the announcement, Corrin said, "By Christmas, we will have close to 20 Freshii outlets across the country, which is a significant achievement by our Irish master franchise owners, Dave O’Donoghue and Cormac Manning, in just over two years."
