Ireland's First Krispy Kreme Outlet Records Revenues Of €3.86m For 2018

The first accounts for Ireland's first Krispy Kreme outlet in Blanchardstown of Dublin have revealed that the venue's revenues came to €3.86 million between September 29 and December 31, 2019.

The Blanchardstown outlet made an average of €286,923 per week, or €42,417 per day, in sales during the period, and recorded operating profits of €579,000 for its first 13 and a half weeks of operating, making it the company's best-performing outlet.

Finance charges of €34,000 resulted in a pre-tax profit of €545,000 for the Blanchardstown outlet.

"Really Pleased"

The Irish Times quotes a Krispy Kreme spokesperson as saying, "We are really pleased with how Krispy Kreme and the theatre store in Blanchardstown has been received by the Irish market. The store outperformed our expectations and continues to be performing successfully in 2019."
