New York-based bakery group La Pain Quotidien has announced plans to open a new outlet in a currently under construction building located at the junction of Dublin's Dawson and Molesworth streets.
The new venue will encompass a 232 square foot shop and restaurant on the ground floor of One Molesworth Street, for which La Pain Quotidien will pay a rent of €250,000.
La Pain Quotidien currently operates an outlet in Kildare Village and is expected to follow its One Molesworth Street branch with a minimum of two more venues in Dublin in the near future, one of which is likely to be in Ranelagh.
