New Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant Launched In Belfast

Northern Irish restaurateurs Tony and Andrea O'Neill have opened a new Eastern Mediterranean themed restaurant on St. Anne's Square in Belfast called Buba.

As reported by The Belfast Telegraph, with the launch of Buba, the O'Neills, who also own close-by Italian eatery Coppi, have generated 20 new jobs for the city.

Commenting on Buba's culinary offering, Mr. O'Neill said, "We want to keep pushing the envelope by introducing not just Greek and Turkish influences, but also the exciting and perhaps less familiar spices and recipes of North Africa and the Middle East."

Buba is open for business from 4pm - 11pm every day except Monday.
